When we
receive your unit we will diagnose the fault
and contact you with a
job number and estimate for repair,
If you would like to go ahead with the
repair and after the repair is complete we
will contact you again for payment details.

We accept
online payment by Paypal , We will send an
invoice to your paypal email address when
work is complete.
You can also
send a cheque (payable to Radiowaves).
If your unit is beyond
economical repair or refused estimate we will return the unit to
you with No Charge, except the return
postage.
What is
Paypal?
Paypal is a
safe and secure site for online money
transfer with millions of users worldwide.
Note: You
don't have set up a Paypal account to use
Paypal, Just pay with a credit credit/debit
card. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
How much will
the repair cost?
The cost of
the repair depends on the fault and extent
of the damage. Please see the
Repair Costs
page for more details.
Are
estimates free?
Units such as,
Laptops, camcorders and projectors may occur
an estimate charge due to the time involved
to dismantle and diagnose faults, we will
let you know about this before any work is
carried out.
All other estimates are FREE
Where do I
send payment to?
When your
repair is complete we will contact you with
payment details.
We accept
payment by Paypal, Cheque, postal order and
Cash.
If you choose
to pay with Paypal we will send an invoice
to your e-mail address.

Can I bring my unit to your workshop?
Yes, If
you are in the central Scotland area you can
bring your repair, decode or Phone unlock to
our workshop for immediate service.

How long will
the repair take.
Average repair
times are 1-3 days plus parts delivery and
postage if applicable.
You will be
given an estimate for repair while you wait
or shortly afterwards by phone, we will also
let you know roughly how long the repair
will take to complete.
If we have to
order parts for your unit, they will be
given priority when parts arrive.
(some parts
can take 3-30 days from overseas suppliers,
most parts are next day delivery).
Phone
unlocking and radio decodes can be done
while you wait, some phones and radios may
take up to an hour to unlock/decode.
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to dispose
of units after three months where payment
has not been made, The repaired units will
be sent to auction to recover repair/parts
costs. We will contact you by phone, then
recorded delivery letter before disposing of
any units.
